“ The food was impeccably made, I ordered the basil fried rice with shrimp and it was to die for! We also got Sushi: super fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely going back, gorgeous place also! ”
“ Stopped by with my daughter to get sushi for lunch on a Saturday lunch. Place was almost empty. Atmosphere was clean and pleasant. Christian pop music playing softly enough not to disturb conversation. Service was friendly and attentive. It took a while to make the sushi, which means it was make fresh I suppose. Not a problem, but I'm not sure I'd want to be there when they are busy. Food was terrific. We got the Samurai combo (three rolls - can't recall what they were) along with a crunchy shrimp roll. It was 8 pieces per roll. It was plenty of food for the two of us. Each of the rolls was fresh, appealing in presentation, and a great combination of flavors. Price was typical for sushi - with tax and tip around 40. Overall worth a return visit. They had an ample menu of non-sushi items, so I may go back with my wife who is not big on sushi. ”
“ This place is phenomenal and the rating does not lie. They have gluten free items on the menu and the dishes are extremely flavorful. If you have ever had Eastern Palace in Lancaster the flavor is almost exactly the same! We got the Gf Pad See Ew and Gf Drunken noodles. Our favorite was definitely the Pad See Ew but both were amazing. For dessert we also got a mango sticky rice and we really liked the added touch of toasted sesame seeds on top. If you are in the area I highly recommend stopping in. This place deserves to have their tables filled every night! ”

“ An interesting experience! We started with a pot of jasmine tea. Sushi was something new for me. The waitress recommended the family combo sushi platter. The raw sushi rolls were fresh, and I enjoyed it. The fried shrimp sushi rolls were excellent! I had a veggie stir fry with beef and a side of rice, a healthy main dish. We shared fried banana and ice cream. A good dessert to finish off the meal. Our waitress did her job well. We would like to eat here again! ”

“ If you are looking for a spot to eat, look no further, you found it! Stop searching and talk your guests into Hills To Sea! My wife and I have been many times. There will be many more visits to follow. The food is great. I have tried something new every time and I have been impressed with everything. They have lots of options and both the sushi and the eclectic Asian fusion are solid. Not just solid, but stand out. We enjoy the BYOB and to take it slow. We order an amazing app (fried pork dumplings are my current favorite) and enjoy a leisurely dinner. The atmosphere is quite nice. Stepping inside makes you forget you are in a shopping center in Ephrata. I like the fish tank! I'll take better pictures next time. We had the fried pork dumplings, edamame, Miso soup, a sushi roll, and the yakisoba. All were very good. Update, 5/10/25. After many, MANY more visits, all input is the same. Plus, the owners and staff are simply that much more enjoyable! Pork Fried Dumplings are still my fav! ”
“ I ordered doordash. Food came nice and hot. Very good!! My first time trying the food. Will definitely order again. I ordered the coconut soup, drunken noodle and steam buns. Delicious!! However, if you don’t like spice or a more mild spice, do not choose medium its hot!! Still ate it though ”
